At Murphy Door®, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our hidden door solutions and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, uninstalled condition. Please note that custom-built orders may be subject to specific restocking fees or limitations due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  • 2.
    Prepare for Shipment

    Carefully repackage your door or hardware in its original crate or packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit; items damaged due to poor packing may not be eligible for full refunds.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix your RMA label clearly to the outside of the package and ship the item back to our manufacturing facility using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
